  • My name is Nathalie Paterson. I am a certified Facilitative Mediator specialising in civil and commercial matters. I trained at the London School of Mediation and am accredited by the International Mediation Institute and the Civil Mediation Council. I have a particular interest in Transformative Mediation and am a member of the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.

about me

I have a first class LLB from Durham University and worked at one of the UK’s top firms, Addleshaw Goddard, specialising in civil litigation. So I know first hand what legal battles and going to court really mean and what they cost, in every sense.

After having children I started up my own businesses, which I’ve been running for the last 14 years. Having had business dealings with thousands of clients from all walks of life, I see authentic communication and empathy as lying at the heart of working things out. Which is why I strongly believe in Facilitative Mediation as one of our best tools for resolving matters before they get to court.

I am based in Winchester and London and can mediate online or in-person. I am fully insured and I am registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. I operate under a limited company.

I have specialist knowledge/experience in the fields of interior design, architecture and defamation.

my Services

  • A 4-6 hour, in-person, mediation for two to three participants at a venue of your choice or one I can organise. £450 per participant to include reasonable pre-reading and preparation. Travel time and expenses charged at cost.

  • An 8 hour, in-person mediation for two to three participants at a venue of your choice or one I can organise. £600 per participant to include reasonable pre-reading and preparation. Travel and expenses charged at cost.

  • A 4-6 hour online mediation. £300 per participant, to include reasonable pre-reading and preparation.
